    You're still looking strong! Good luck with the new gig. I personally love lunch time workout when I can get it in ( only about once a week for me). Very cool that you're coaching too! My experience after having a step son go thru years of sports is that they can use more folks like you that walk the talk too!

    Started my new job this past week and got one back/bi workout in and two cardio sessions and lost 9 pounds. Now that I have a routine I'll be back in the gym more on my lunch and some mornings. With football I'll be up at 430 and in bed around 930
