So in the past few years I have let myself gt out of shape. I came to this forum from Old School Bodybuilding where I was training and making some great gains. However, life took over and I am back to square 1. I just had my 39th B Day and looked at myself and realized I look like crap. So I hope you all don't mind but I am gonna start a training log.
