    So in the past few years I have let myself gt out of shape. I came to this forum from Old School Bodybuilding where I was training and making some great gains. However, life took over and I am back to square 1. I just had my 39th B Day and looked at myself and realized I look like crap. So I hope you all don't mind but I am gonna start a training log. What ever imput you all have please feel free to tell me. I am always up for advise.

            53greystreet, thank you for checking in. Right now I'm just trying to get back at it. I will modify my workouts in a couple of months. However, if anyone sees anything and have recommendations please feel free to post. All I'm trying to do right now is just shed some fat and just get back with the weights
