    If you didn't see the results from my last comp in the "get verified" thread, I went 551/402/573 for a 1526 raw total in my first sanctioned (AAU) comp on 4/5.

    This will be my prep log for the Cornhusker State Games meet on 7/19.

    I dropped about 20# after the 4/5 comp and I immediately saw a 10% drop in my squat, so I'll be trying to train at around 315 and try to hit the 308's. I missed it last time and weighed in at 309.1.

    Goals are 600/410/610 for a 1620 total. I'm going to follow the meet prep plan laid out in Brian Carroll's new book 10/20/Life.

        Yeah I really need to push hard the next ~12 weeks. Adding 50 to my squat is going to be a chore.

          Weighted vest walk, +20#x2 miles. Pretty sure it was over 35', I just kept track of distance.

                Shoulder impingement is really fucking up my bench. Unable to bench again today.

                Supersetted BW dips (which oddly cause no shoulder pain) with curls, and lat pulldowns with machine rows.

                All in all, not a super productive day from a chest standpoint.

                    Just mashing the area for now. Going to go see PT this week to get some ideas on therapy to release it, or at least lessen the irritation.

                      Pretty much what I've been doing as well. A lot of rolling on a lacrosse ball work and band stuff to try and get it right again.

                            It's not as painful as it is uncomfortable. I think I got it popped back into place, just a bit sore now. My down set was a bitch though.
