If you didn't see the results from my last comp in the "get verified" thread, I went 551/402/573 for a 1526 raw total in my first sanctioned (AAU) comp on 4/5.
This will be my prep log for the Cornhusker State Games meet on 7/19.
I dropped about 20# after the 4/5 comp and I immediately saw a 10% drop in my squat, so I'll be trying to train at around 315 and try to hit the 308's. I missed it last time and weighed in at 309.1.
Goals are 600/410/610 for a 1620 total. I'm going to follow the meet prep plan laid out in Brian Carroll's new book 10/20/Life.
