New to DC training, so far 5-6weeks into a DC style program.

    Competitive bber in the UK
    Been competing since 2010
Won my class and overall at south coast championships in 2012.
Comp weight always just under 80k but want to go up to u90s next time I compete so this is why I looked at DC training.
Want to DC my way to the next class.

Little more info on the past few weeks.

                              Week 1-5
During this time my diet has been based on carb and fat cycling.
For me this has meant that my training days have been a little more chilled with mainly pro carb or pro fat meals and the odd combo of all three (typically I like to keep my carbs and fats separate), I'll also keep cals lower and not stress my gut with too much force feeding etc.
Training days... Well they are a diff story... My training days have mass carb intake and minimal fat!
I'll push for 1,000g of carbs on these days and as close to zero fat as poss.

                              Typical non-training days macros
                              Pro-300g
                              Carb-3-400g
Fat-100g can be a fair bit more tho

                              Typical training days macros
Pro-3-400g (has been a little higher here n there)
                              Carb-1,000g plus
                              Fat-low!

Im on a three day split atm of Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
So 3 mega carb days and 4 chilled days.
I say chilled as Im not out of my comfort zone food wise.
