    Ok I signed up with my name and leaving DCB behind as I haven't trained DC in 6 or so years and it's time for a new chapter. Besides post count doesn't mean Jack. That being said, last cometition went 625-325-600-1550 and it's only moving forward.

    That being said I'm going to use Brandon Lilly's CUBE Method for my next meet on May 11th. Yes I said I was burnt out and not having fun, well guess what? This meet was fun as hell and made me remember why I love(d) the sport. I did well and will do better. Things I learned:

    1. I squat wider with gear and get more support
    2. I need to do heavy lockout work and heavy statics from Day 1 to get used to that weight on my back.
    3. Upper Body(Chest) has to heal, no way around it, bought the reactive slingshot, it kills my total but who cares everything else is going up and this is for fun.
    4. 3-4 exercises per workout is all I need, shit this past meet I'd do 2 plus abs and be good.
    5. This meet is only weigh ins 2 hours before lifting so I'll be eating my way to a solid 220. I need to eat and grow 198 may be history for a while.
    6. Cardio Cardio Cardio Cardio Cardio Cardio Cardio Cardio
    7. FoamRolling & Stretching is more important than ever.

    That being said I'll be back in the gym saturday squatting, 3 weeks RAW, 6 Weeks GEARED.

          im guessing you:
          1-had fun at the meet
          2-realized your son digs you being a "power dog"
          3-got some post meet tail
          4-realized this sh*it would be more fun if didnt have to be constantly battling to make 198 (ie-dieting)

            2-absolutely, we looked each other right in the eye before the 600DL and he said dada you can do it

            4-yup, I think there is a giant laying dormant inside because I'm limiting my calories too much

              5 - boobs

              not sure where I was going with that, but boobs are very important, regardless of the topic.

                              yup but today is the day, everything is good, more fluids and anti biotics then I could imagine, nothing could live in there now. The only thing that alarms me is how uneducated the medical community is about protein. They kept asking me if I take it and how much and recently I only use pepto pro in powerade during my workout.

                              I will say the rest has done me some good as well as making me want to get after it.
