Been awhile since I posted a log. Figured I would because in the past I would benefit from it. Not going to say this one's different, just me hitting the gym and lifting.
What's been going on in the last while? Who cares, I'm here to lift! Doing DC, because I like it. Doing SS for the first blast, till I get some mobility and flexibility back. And because I don't want to get injured again. Enough of that over the last 2 years lol.
Did good stretching before I started. I have been tearing muscles (calf 2x, groin once, all in baseball) so I am not taking any chances.

70 x 10, 70 x 6
HS pulldowns
2 x 180x10
Rack Chins
Heavy 275x10
Light 225x14
Overall a good first workout. Back to the pussy weights, but that's what 6 months of ball and beer will do to ya.
