    I decided to start a journal, to keep my crazy thoughts.

    Squat

    275X5
    310X3
    345x3 left a couple in the tank so I could go heavier.


    Failed on 385 only went half way down and my form sucked. It sucks I should have had it. I blame it on not sleeping well, the past week.

    Went and did 365X1 and barely got it. When I have smoked it before.

    Took Monday off because I knew the gym wouldn't be open wed.
    5 mins of cardio

    Bench

    230 X 5
    260 X 3
    290 X 5, Had a terrible spotter. He kept his hands on the Bar, which pissed me off.
    315 X1 Got new spotter, he didn't touch the Bar.

    Assisted pullups 100 pounds off. 6X10

    Jm press 95 X 8 115 X8 135 X 8 155 X 8

    Dumbell Shoulder press 65 4 X 8 55 1 X 8

                You want my whole life story?

                My only supps are creatine and Bcaa's. I dont use a lot of supps, even though I buy a bunch.

                My consistency sucks with taking supps, that is why I don't use much.

                My goal is 1500, so I am a long ways from that.

                  Tonight just sucked.

                  My Mp3 player wasn't working, my phone was dead so no music.

                  455 still sitting on the floor. It never got up. I just cant pull it, and it is pissing me off.

                  Just was an off night, so I didn't do much assistance work, if any.

                    185 X 1 used too much legs. I have problem coming off my shoulders when the weight gets heavy for me.

                    Incline Bench

                    Close grip bench(smith machine)
                    160 4 x 8 and I never count the bar.

                    Tri pressdowns

                    110 5 X 20

                    Felt good and fixed my MP3 player.
