Thought a new journal was in order to move forward and progress. I want to compete again next May/June. I have a few goals I would like to achieve.
-Stay Injury Free
-Do a powerlifting meet
-Hit a 405 squat
-455 Dead
-Stay around 190, tops.
I hit my macros during the day yesterday, then went out to dinner and ate freely. Had escargot (my first time ever, it was good), glass of Malbec, salad, Chicken breast with a light coating, stuffed with spinach, parmesean and something else, and tiramisu for desert...I was stuffed.
Todays Macros are 60/250/250.
Felt good to get in the gym today. I was pretty vascular
