    Hey all,

    Gonna use this to keep track of my progress, I'm from UK so everything gonna be in kilos - sorry

    I've only been lifting a few months so don't expect to see anything amazing happen lol

    I lift 4 times a week and cover the main lifts x2 a week, I seem to recover reasonably quickly - probably cos i'm not using that heavy weight - so seems right to try and hit the waits little and often for now.
