Okay, so. Now that I'm about to compete, I am really looking forward to going back to eating and training like an Ox. And what better way to do it than have all you lovely IM members along side. 
I am 1 day out from show now and won't start logging until I rest up for a week and recover.
My split will be like so:
Monday - Calves, Chest, Shoulders, Abs.
Tuesday - Arms, Calves.
Wednesday - Quads, Hams, Glutes.
Thursday - Cardio.
Friday - Calves, Back, Traps and Abs.
Saturday - Cardio.
Sunday - Off.
I am mainly concerned with bringing up my arms and calves and progressing well on Bench, Squats and Deadlifts.
Current body weight is 220lb stage ready with water.
I'm 6'5" and 21 years old.
I hope to get up to about 264lb this winter (summer if you are in the US) and hold it.
I do moderate volume on push and pull but I do very high volume on legs. It works for me.
Looking forward to any input.
