Ok, everone knows I f'd up, we move on.
I have a meet in 3 weeks, then nationals in June and I would like to also do a bodybuilding show at some point this year. After this meet I'm going to whole heartedly give in to chaos and pain training mentality. It obviously has its merits as he just totaled the 3rd highest all time and 2nd highest this year at 181 sans wraps and belt.
