A little about myself...
I am a 3rd year college student with plans to go to dental school after I finish my undergrad and eventually specialize in oral/maxillofacial surgery. Still got a ways to go but looking forward to the journey.
I am about 5'7-5'8 right around 195 @ 17ish% bf
I have been in a weight room for a while now. I really neglected my legs for the first 2.5 years out of high school after I finished with sports and what not. I am paying for it now.
I was making pretty good progress getting it back and at the first of December I broke my foot and now im trying to get back at it. I am going to squat 2x week and do something along the lines of a: chest&arms/legs/back&delts split.
Still working out the kinks with it but plan to be in the gym 5-6x week.
Looking to drop a little bf that I put on over the holidays. Already have macros worked out and will be doing SS cardio 4x/wk to start. Plan to start with a 4-6 hour skipload 1x per week and see how it goes for a couple weeks then adjust accordingly.
I was part of the Brotherhood of Iron here for a while but it has eased up with its activity so I decided to start my on journal here. I owe a great deal of what I have learned to Ajweins and CountingBeans from here as they have got me back on the right track many times and continue to answer many of my questions when I have them.
Feel free to ask/comment/criticize/etc about whatever.
