    A little about myself...
    I am a 3rd year college student with plans to go to dental school after I finish my undergrad and eventually specialize in oral/maxillofacial surgery. Still got a ways to go but looking forward to the journey.

    I am about 5'7-5'8 right around 195 @ 17ish% bf
    I have been in a weight room for a while now. I really neglected my legs for the first 2.5 years out of high school after I finished with sports and what not. I am paying for it now.
    I was making pretty good progress getting it back and at the first of December I broke my foot and now im trying to get back at it. I am going to squat 2x week and do something along the lines of a: chest&arms/legs/back&delts split.
    Still working out the kinks with it but plan to be in the gym 5-6x week.

    Looking to drop a little bf that I put on over the holidays. Already have macros worked out and will be doing SS cardio 4x/wk to start. Plan to start with a 4-6 hour skipload 1x per week and see how it goes for a couple weeks then adjust accordingly.

    I was part of the Brotherhood of Iron here for a while but it has eased up with its activity so I decided to start my on journal here. I owe a great deal of what I have learned to Ajweins and CountingBeans from here as they have got me back on the right track many times and continue to answer many of my questions when I have them.

    Feel free to ask/comment/criticize/etc about whatever.

    *Pretty good workout. Was in a hurry to get done because had to go get some stuff done for class but it went pretty well regardless.
    Plan to rotate t-bars and rack pulls on back days. Will be doing lower reps on rack pulls (4-6) then a set of 10-12. Hopefully diet works out

      Plan was to do legs today but lower back felt sore/weak from yesterday so I took the day off and will do legs tomorrow.

        Good day. I have to squat in cross trainers and angle my foot out a bit more than I am use too in order for the pain to be more bearable but progress is progress none the less

          Doing very low carbs, only intra/post workout. Still playing with cals a bit but shouldnt take too much change. My body temp has been damn high all day, have felt like a damn furnace all day which is a good thing. Interested to see what my lifts do.

                        Refeed was yesterday, super low cals today. Considered not going to gym today but decided too anyway. Everything went well until last sets of leg curl and I pretty much hit a wall.
