        Nice lifts. As long as its healed you will get back to where you were at. Good luck. By the way I was curious, how long did your tricep take to heal? Did you need surgery? Hopefully it was a partial tear. Most of my friends with the tears at the attachment took a lot longer to get back in the game.

            My tricep is still healing. The ortho doc said a full year bc i tore it off the elbow. It had to be reattatched w 4 anchors. I am seeing preogress but slow though. I still have another 6 months almost till the doc said it will be fully healed and even then he said it will never be 100%.
