    Hello I figured that I would start a journal here after lurking around for some time (not as a member)

    Stats
    25 years old
    about 5'8 (172 cm)
    ~250 lbs

    Right now I will start dieting but my training stays heavy as always. Just comeing of a week of lighter weights in order to be a little more fresh

    Last workout was saturday and it was back

    Barbell row Dorian way
    100x10,10,10,10

    Pulldown machine
    60 per arm x 10
    75 per arm x 8
    60 per arm x 10

    Seated row
    100x10
    110x10
    120x10

    Racklift
    180x6
    200x6

    Rear delt machine
    2 sets

    Rear lateral raises
    2 sets

    Abs 6 sets

    Workout took 60 minutes and felt very light

    Tomorrow shoulders and triceps
