    I am coming off a full year of contest prep and am taking at least 2 years off to grow. In this time I want to really make the gains I have held myself back from having in order to stay lean. While I will stay in shape, the goal is to pack on as much mass as possible.

    I will add a lot more to each post but right now im short on time and wanted to get the log going, I do want this to be interactive as i know this forum has a lot to offer.
