Ok just a quick intro I've been on this forum for awhile now but never started a journal. I respect a lot of the guys here and i figure the more input the better. Right now I've been doing 5/3/1 for quite a few months and have recently started the juggernaut method for squats (in place of 5/3/1) nothing too out there. Anyway here is my workout from today
Deadlifts- 5's week
warmup sets then:
273X5
315X5
357X5
SSB Goodmornings- 3X8 @ 95lbs
Standing abs on GHR with average band- 3X12
dumbbell curls 3X15 @ 20lbs
Unfortunately my first journal entry isn't anything special :sorry: But that was it. usually will do some cardio after but not today.
