    Damnnnn another tough leg day...really was sweating it out today. Rack pulls went well, squats were tough because of racks before. Might be losing a little strength but not getting ocd about it, just trying to keep the work rate up there

    Felt a little tougher today, probably didn't help having a few pints last night. Dropped the close grip weight, probably didn't need to though. Everything else was ok. Finally starting full time work, been doing inductions this week and will be flying out on tuesday....can't wait to be lean.......buffet time!

    Smashed it this week, bench felt pretty easy so might put it up a touch...although I'll go nice and slow and use the 1.25kg plates! Did some watered down ab rollouts at the end followed by 3 sets of planks, timed them but stopped when form started to get dodgy. Went something like 50, 40, 40 seconds which is pretty bad but hey its a starting point

    Rack pulls were at the right height this time, really explosive, flipped that mental switch and just pounded them out. Rest times were 1:30 - 2:00 and was sweating heavy!

    Squats went well, probably high but I've really stopped worrying about depth, just getting the work in. Will try increase weight next time to try and get them where they should be.

    Feels good to be back, everything was done pretty controlled. Rows and curls get a little sloppy but when you're doing 20 reppers its hard to keep it clean.

    Finally recovering and leg DOMS are nearly gone, chest still is pretty sore and I should have a sore back tomorrow!

    Once again I'm enjoying training Getting back into routine, diet is in check and building some momentum. Things should start getting easier!

    Pins were on the lowest setting yet put bar at knee level Won't use that rack next time!
    Squats were brutal, will most likely drop weight down 5-10kg...legs were cramping, I didn't want to risk a 3rd set and have to dump the bar behind me.
    Feeling sore now so tomorrow will be hell! haha

    Ok really need to stop doubling up on sessions Was pretty tough just took longer. Although had to swap things up because of damn peak time!

    And to rub salt into the wound, there were a bunch of idiots using a precious squat rack for 1/4 squats! made me rage hard...I just don't get it, there is SO much info out there about form/technique/tips/mobility that there is no excuse to 1/4 squat.

    Been a little behind with workouts so I had to double up....was pretty tough but had to lower some weights to compensate for the longer session.

    Arghhh well that is just annoying. Although I'm quite depleted at the moment and this diet is pretty extreme so obviously strength is going to suffer a bit. Might drop the weights down a little to compensate. Other than that workout was pretty good, other stuff felt a little heavier but oh well, gotta get this fat off first!

    2 plates on racks feeling a little sore though. Squats are not moving lol, rack pulls just take everything out of me so squats suffer. Had sweat dripping off me during/between sets so I think my intensity is going ok.

    Diet stuff.
    Going away in 4 weeks on a very beachy holiday so I've got a few weeks to strip some fat off! Dropping carbs for 4 days, then having 1 carb up followed by 2 variable days. Basically using UD 2.0 by Lyle McDonald.

    Feeckkk yeah hit it again, was a little tough in the last set. Will keep it at that weight, try get a vid and re-assess. Been having a good mental break from diet, haven't worried about it the last week or so. Maintaining weight so all good, will tighten up the screws in the new year!
