  • Chuck's "MG's Super Test Booster" Thread

I received my 3 bottles of MG's Super Test Booster today and can't wait to get started. I'm 43 now and have been only using Creatine (PWO) since my last competition, which was on 10-23-10. The show was a disaster and I've been playing a lot of Hockey since with only a few day's in the gym each week. I've lost some size & strength, but know it's mostly due to a poor diet. I had a recent physical with blood work, but neglected to ask for Test levels. All were good to go.

    Current Stats:

    5'9"
    190 Lbs (Fasting)
    12-15% BF

I'm taking the recommended dose of 4x2 ED.
I'll be following a 4-Day Split and transition back to DC when I think I'm ready.
I may post pic's this weekend, but I'm feeling like a Fat Bastid right now :future:

I worked Delts & Traps last night and then went and ran a Hockey practice. I'm now coaching a D2 (club) NCAA team. They're a great group of kid's.

I took 4 of MG's Super Test Boosters when I got home and slept great. I usually wake up every 1-2 hrs, but slept uninterupted. I'm at the firehouse now for 24.

I did an emergency call requiring a routine patient carry yesterday. We have a chair with a track system mounted on the back to use as an option when going down stairs. Last week I would have used this option, no question. Yesterday I felt great and grabbed the front mounted handles instead. This is the "old school" method. My partner who is half my age and also trains saw this and asked if I was "good-to-go?" We were out of the house, down the front walk, and at the ambulance in just a few seconds.

I feel great now only a few days into using this supplement. It may be premature to say, but I would describe it as being on a low Test-C dose, say 400mg EW. There's no "pump" or "jacked" feeling. No increased aggression, just a feeling of muscle fullness with a sense of strength (confidence). I don't know, maybe it’s just a placebo phenomenon, but I'll take it

      Back workout later today…

I'm almost a week into MG's Super Test Booster and I've gained 3 Lbs. I know some of that is because I'm eating properly again and cutting out the alcohol. I started DC training yesterday and dropped the weight way down in order to meet the rep ranges and establish a starting point for the Log Book. I'll go to the abreviated logging method once I've completed all 6 workouts. It's good to be back at it. I started to let myself go after a dissapointing showing at the NPC New Englands this past October.
