    machine shoulder press:-couldnt use a hs machine today

    was ayway on vacation. If you call Walking around Disney world a vacation,lol

    hack squats-havn't done these in years so did a little more vol, to try and find a good starting weight

        Thanks, DC is very new to me. Lifting is not, but DC is. Very hard ,initially to see you're only doing 1 set, but I really felt like I couldn"t and didn't want to do another set. I was one of those free weight benchers and sqautters every week,so switching that up is tough too. I read every thing on here, so we shall see
