    Short Term 2: get up to 230lbs at less than 9% bf
    Longer Term: 250 at less than 9% bf

                Not planning to atm, my back was tanked though after my heavier set. We shall see what happens with my new gym, since I'm moving Seattle to Minneapolis, I don't even know what their equipment will be like

                          Moving to Minneapolis huh?

                          I went to the Press Gym when I visited my girlfriend up there. Best gym I've ever been in. Gives off a Metroflex feel. Literally has everything you'll ever need.

                            Thanks man, that gym looks sweet. It's far from my apt though, but if it is close to my work, I will probably give it a shot. This place: www.loscampeonesgym.com/ is close to my apartment, might give it a shot, looks pretty legit.
