    My name is David and I'm 19 years old and I play football for a small DIII school in Maryland. I will be an academic sophomore this year and I still have all four years of NCAA eligibility left..... I'm 5'9" 275lbs and play Guard. Best lifts are

    335lb Bench
    255lb Power Clean
    520lb ATG Squat
    500lb Deadlift

    Hopefully by the time I'm done with football, I'll be a lot stronger than I am currently... I will also start ROTC next year as well... Basically, I should be at the United States Merchant Marine Academy, but had my appointment rescinded because of my eyesight... feel free to rag me on that if you want. I want to make service in the Marine Corps my career and I want to start training DC Style after graduation.. I feel that the next 4 years training like a football player will prep my body for the rigors of DC...... I will post pics up for people to criticize me. I am definitely gonna incorporate carb backloading in the offseason so I can lose some of the fat.... until then, I have four days until I move in for the start of camp... from what I heard, it's gonna be murder... stay tuned..:spider:

          Last weights workout before reporting to camp... Did a light upper body workout today.....

          A) DB Bench
          [email protected] DBs

          B) HS Shoulder Press
          2x12, [email protected]/side

          C) Yates Rows (squeeze at the top)
          [email protected]

          D1) Overhead Triceps Extension
          [email protected] JS Band

          D2) DB Curls
          [email protected] 35lb, 40lb, 40lb DBs

          E) Seated Calf Raises
          [email protected] plates

          that's it... sorry to disappoint with light weights and whatnot.. first workout posted and not much to say hahahha :sammich:

              Yea hoco is howard county. I live in Ellicott City to be exact. I'm playing at Stevenson University. I was part of the developmental season last year and we have our first game Sept. 3rd

                  when I am in the area, I will keep that in consideration. The gym I go during winter/summer vacation is powerlifter friendly and is well equipped.

                      first practice was pretty brutal... three hours out on the turf... i was dehydrated and i felt like shit for the first two hours of practice... had our conditioning test AFTER practice... still passed.. getting ready for day 2....

                        Dehydration is nothing to mess around with. Get your water and electrolytes and up the carbs for some energy during those long practices. You are going to be burning a lot of calories out there, let food be your friend.

                          yea i thought i drank enough fluids yesterday.. i was wrong.. that turf will dehydrate the living hell out of you... got practice in about 40 minutes...

                            Camp is kicking my ass... Everything hurts..... knee braces digging into my shins, tight ass ankles, super sore wrists, stiff neck, jello legs, etc... but I'm just being a bitch right now... three hour, full padded practice from 2 to 5 today.... that turf is my best friend....:moon:
