3 days no training, what gives? i guesse reading my journal has been a bad influence
Lol
Actually had a work event on Thursday nite that I had to attend. After 4 weeks of straight up blasting it actually felt good to skip a session.
Will be lifting today for sure .
BB Squats: 275lbs 5,4,3 (225lbs 1X5) w/ belt & knee sleeves - left knee didn't feel right
DB Pullover: 45lbs 1x30
RGBP in Smith (from pins): 150lbs 12,12,7
Long Bar Rows: 245lbs 3x5
Low cable tricep extensions: 80lbs 3x12
Leg press machine calves: 100lbs 3x12
Are the rep changes part of a routine or something you are doing by feel for progress? I have been watching your OHP for a while now and all the little steps you are constantly taking are adding up very nicely, with all your lifts.
hey man there is a huge thread at spellwins elitefitness started by madcow2, very informative on "5x5" programming, though rightnow the site seems to be having some problems check it out later when you have time to do some reading. if you google t"the only shrug the power shrug" it will get you to a link to about page 32 or so
Overtraining should be one of the lowest concerns. You should focus on optimal training.
