        Actually had a work event on Thursday nite that I had to attend. After 4 weeks of straight up blasting it actually felt good to skip a session.

                  Once I hit 135lbs I would get some pain from time to time. Since the wrist wraps, NO issues!

                    • Are the rep changes part of a routine or something you are doing by feel for progress? I have been watching your OHP for a while now and all the little steps you are constantly taking are adding up very nicely, with all your lifts.

                            • hey man there is a huge thread at spellwins elitefitness started by madcow2, very informative on "5x5" programming, though rightnow the site seems to be having some problems check it out later when you have time to do some reading. if you google t"the only shrug the power shrug" it will get you to a link to about page 32 or so
