                  I'm planning on running a 5x5 program through the winter to help me put on some mass and get my lifts where they need to be. Why did you choose Stronglifts over Madcow or any of the other 5x5 programs out there? What where your goals with it?

                    Honestly, I like the simplicity of it. Increasing by 5lbs at each session. My goal is to get stronger, much stronger. I am certain with the newfound strength gains, muscularity and hypertrophy will follow.
