      BB Deads: 275lbs 1x9, 1x8(belt & straps)

Lost my concentration on the second set and pulled something in my left side lower back/high glut area. Called it a day....time for a cruise. Hopefully I can come back with no major issue in a few weeks.

      • Update: !st day back in the gym today after injuring myself two weeks ago.

Time to start moving some weight, going back to 5x5 where I saw my best poundages.

After doing IA's TCD I went down in body weight from 238-240lbs the past winter/early spring to 215-217lbs approx. 2-weeks ago. Now around 220lbs.

I plan to train Tu/Th/Sat with refeeds Sat & Sun and 1/2 day TCD on Tu & Th, Mo/We/Fr
        is regular TCD.

          • man i find its a mixed bag getting back to training after an injury or time off, im always pumped to get back at it but my pounds on the bar drop quick so its a downer to feel like im starting over. does it hit you the same or are you pretty much able to pick up where you left off/
Overtraining should be one of the lowest concerns. You should focus on optimal training.

Pretty much starting from scratch, but I think this time I know how to nail it ;-)
