          Today i Killed my Legs and Bis.

          Weight- 182.4

          Bis- DB Curls- WU, 45'sx14(RP)

          Forearms- DB Hammer Curls- 40'sx6 (StraightSet)

          Calves- Calf Raises- 230x13 (SLOW)

          Hams-SLDL- 135x10 WU, 205x8(KILLED)

          Quads- Leg Presses- 4-45's EA Side x(supposed to be 8 but Squeezed out 10), 3 45's EA Side x 20.

          After Each Excersise The Appropriate Strech.
