Na, the room is pretty small. I keep my cardio gear in my living room (treadmill, Elliptical cross-trainer, stationary bike). In another small room I have a bench that can adjust to incline as well as a decline bench. Then I have a rack that can be adjusted in height for squats, military press, bench press, ect.

I have two barbells 5.5" and 7", as well as an E-Z bar and hammer bar. I have a few sets of dumbbells (one set long enough to hold 160lbs/each). I have a chin-up bar that fits in my kitchen doorway, but also has parallel grip attachments. I have nearly 500lbs in plates.

Also for heavy dumbbell work I have power hooks. Since I don't have a dumbbell for each weight there will always be a certain amount of bar sticking out on each end. So you can't boost the dumbbells into position off your knee. The power hooks really solved this for me.

I've been saving this stuff up bit by bit since I was 14 years old. Lugging it around every time I moved! But it was worth it because it really comes in handy having this stuff.

          Extra calories

Sitting around hungry after my workout watching a movie. So decided to up my calories with turkey and cheese.

So revised total for today is: 4983kcal: 41/39/20 MED DAY

          504g CHO + 8
          401g PRO + 25 + 58 (including pro in oats/buckwheat)
          67g Fat + 44

Average for Mon-Friday: 4614kcal/day!! (I'm really putting it back)

          Sat-Sun I will stick to: 3484kcal: 13/52/35 LOW DAY

          110g CHO
          450g PRO
          135g Fat

So average for this week will be 4291kcal/day. This is 1000kcal/day above maintenance so I should be up 2lbs this Sunday. I think I'm already on fire though (sweating a lot at night while I sleep). Depending on my bodyfat this Sunday I may go for 5000kcal/day for next week and see what happens!

Time to make this a real DC blast!!!

            Sunday Cardio/Abs

Woke and weighed in at 212.0lbs.

Skipped yohimbine today so took 10g BCAA, 24g whey iso with 300mg caffeine, 1.1g green tea extract, 0.9g acetyl-L-carnitine, 1.7g glucuronolactone, 3.2g taurine.

            Weighed 213.4lbs after this shake.

Spent some time in the bathroom and back down to 211.8lbs !! (1.6lbs...ha ha)

            Ran 45:00min, 5.0mph, 2.0-3.0% incline, 3.7miles, 500kcal.

Weighed in again at 209.4lbs.....(2.4lbs of sweat!!!)

Just thought that puts some nice perspective for those who like to watch the scale a little too closely.

            Abs: Hanging straight-leg raises B.W. 11, 3, 3 (R.P.)
            3lbs/ankle 3, 1, 1 (R.P.)
            Hanging bent-knee leg raises 3lbs/ankle 19, 6, 6 (R.P.)

              Monday Ultra High Carb/calorie Day

Well I more or less pulled it off with clean carbs last week, so I'm going for it again this week.

The bulk of my carbs is a sweet potato/buckwheat/blackbean combo that I mashed all together. The final cooked weight is 5.8lbs.

I'm going to start early and if I work hard I will get this 6lbs down my throat.

Also this doesn't include the oats/fruit/ect.

I'm careful to check my bodyfat every weekend. I don't plan on cutting EVER AGAIN. It was a necessary evil to get to my target body fat range 10-12%. But now that I'm there I will keep myself there forever.

This past week I put on a bit more fat than I would have liked so this week I am changing my structure slightly. My 4 non-workout days this week will be 2198kcal, 60/40/0 pro/fat/cho. Average calories for the week will be 3348kcal/day. I'll then reassess next Sunday.

              Totals: 6580kcal: 64/27/9 HIGH DAY

              1050g CHO
              300g PRO + (136g pro in black beans/oats/buckwheat) = 445g PRO TOTAL
              67g Fat

              Monday: (1) 165g Whole Oats (110g CHO, 15g PRO, 11g fat)
              280g frozen 4-field berry mix (34g CHO)
              58g Honey (47g CHO)
+25g Scoop of Choc. Ion. Ex. Whey Iso.

              (2)-(4) 3/4 of :
              500g Buckwheat (388g CHO/22g fibre, 66g PRO, 11g fat)
              500g Sweat Potato (baked) (105g CHO/15g fibre, 10g PRO)
              225g black beans (dry weight) (135g CHO, 54g PRO, 2g fat).............cooked combined weight = 2600g (5.8lbs)
              90g Whey isolate.

                  B2 #3

Gym closed for Easter Monday so had to switch a couple exercise. But good workout overall.

                  Incline Dumbbell Curls (Off-Set grip):

                  LT: 45lbs X 9, 2, 2 (R.P.)
                  TT: 48.5 (fractional plates) X 9, 2, 1 (R.P.)

                  Pinwheel curls:

                  LT: 50lbs X 20 (S.S.).......+ 22 cheating
TT: 41.5lbs X 20 (S.S.)....+ 16 cheating..........(no excuse..I gave it everything I had...some days your log book makes you its bitch rather than the other way around)

Stretch: Shoulder height bar X 90s

Standing dumbbell calf raises (using stone block I have and spotter for balance):

LT: N/A (normally doing seated calf raises in gym)

                  TT: 105lbs (210lbs total) X 9, 4, 3 (R.P.)

I think I reached foot failure first because of the height of the block. So I did another set this time using the frame of my bench. 210lbs total X 11, 6, 5

                  Calfs really tuned now!

                  Dumbbell Leg curls:

                  TT: 41lbs X 14, 6, 5 (R.P.)

Quads. This is what my quad workout looks like:

                  Stretch: 90s hams, 90s quads

                  Cardio: not a chance.

Whats going on man? This is my first visit to your log and I havent really even browsed it yet, but I saw your entry in the Intense Set of the Month and it reminded me of a post by Dante.

                    http://www.intensemuscle.com/448809-post15.html

He explains how to drop your ass between your legs when you squat instead of using your lower back as a lever. I noticed that when you Squat your lower back must be fried. I figured this might help. I think it would definitely increase your squat numbers even though they are already looking good.
