      weight training and nutrition are two very simple endeavors. In fact, they are both primal instincts we are born with. Too many people are making this stuff way too complicated. Keep it simple and basic. It works every time. Hard work and consistency always pay big dividends. -exmgq

        • Hey JT well 2 weeks ago I was down to 250 today Im around 260 little under 258, i actually look better I have up'ed the carbs in my diet and it has seemed to help, I was statring to look skinny and fat and now i have tightened up and a little more full since upping the carbs

                    Training today??????????????????nawhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!

                    Im sore ass hell anyway

                    Setting back eatting turkey and multigrain crackers

                    And may have a Capt. Morgan and coke zero while hopefully the Saints dominate Chicago in an old blow out kind of fashion.

                    • Did you ever try that 10x10 workout Rob? I lasted 5 weeks on it. I think it's probably better for a one off like you were going to do.

                      Last video was pretty funny @ the end. Big guns too. How much do they measure? (yes, had to ask )

                      • RD the man-I did do a 10x10 about 2 months ago but the last time I said I was going to I did not.

                        The GUN(I call it the cannon!) is around 8 1/2 or did you mean the guns oh, I dont know 18-19" i think??
