      9 weeks out everybody. Morning weight is 210.2lbs. Nutrition still the same as is pharmacology and as is the dad gum gyms here in Hawaii. Still closed!!!! Really frustrating! But still able to train so I am keeping a positive mindset. Next week we introduce tren back in!!!!

        officially 8 weeks out. Gyms are still closed here in Hawaii but we have made some changes to pharmacology, diet and training. These are the first Significant changes in about 18 weeks





        Age: 29

        Weight: 207.4lbs

        Diet:




        ​Monday-Friday

        Meal 1: 1 banana, 30g of baby food, 30g of whey

        Intra: 25g karbolyn and 10g EAA


        Meal 2: 100g of oats, 1 egg, 60g of whey

        Meal 3: 100g of rice, 200g of steak

        Meal 4: 100g of rice, 200g of chicken

        Meal 5: 250g of chicken

        Meal 6: 250g of steak

        *I am allowed unlimited amounts of vegetables.





        Saturday:


        same as above but no carbs (focus of this day is to really push beta oxidation)





        ​Sunday:


        Meal 1: 1 cup rice dry with 4oz of chicken or fish




        ​Meal 2: 1 cup rice dry with 4pz of chicken or fish




        Meal 3: Big carb heavy cheat meal




        Training:

        5 Days on 2 Day off.




        Day 1: Push

        Day 2: Pull

        Day 3: Legs

        Day 4: Push

        Day 5: Pull

        Day 6: Rest

        Day 7: Rest

          feeling like I made some good progress this week. Weighed in at 206.6lbs mid week. Also still breaking PRs in the gym despite the 60g carb drop from last week. Here are some pics.

            gyms finally opened this past week here in Hawaii. Going to take me some time to get my log book refigured out. Anyway hit an all time low weight of 205LBS this week. We did add in 350mg of mast p per week and 50mg of anavar per day starting today. No changes to calories, cardio (40mins am fasted outside with my dog) or training.

              5 weeks out. No changes to diet but pharmacology is below. Week went really well. Still hitting PRs in the gym and not doing very much cardio just some walking in the morning and evening around our neighborhood. I have been posing post workout and working on a routine as well. I have to say posing is seriously my weakest area right now so I plan to really focus on it in this last month. If anyone has any tips I would take them with gratitude.

                sorry for the late update. Here are some photos from Saturday morning. Weighing around 206lbs. Training is still going good. Now signs of slowing and very little fatigue during the day. Have made slight adjustments to pharmacology and diet which are below.

                  we are officially 3 weeks out from show day. Cardio is now at 35 mins faster each morning. Training has not changed. Still breaking PRs and feeling good. Had a slight shoulder tweak on Friday but I think I will be good to go for my next push session in 3 days.

                    Weight: 200lbs on the dot

                    Cardio: 40 mins fasted and 20 mins post training

                    Training: No change 5 days on two days off

                        • Sorry for the delay on the results guys! But it’s worth the weight because I WON!!!! I won the Men’s open Bodybuilding overall at the IkaIka Classic 2020 as a light heavyweight. Pics and a breakdown of my entire peak are below.




                          weeks 4-0 (November 7th-December 5th)



                          Pharmacology:

                          200mg test prop (removed 7 days out which was a mistake lost a lot of fullness)

                          350 titrated up to 500mg tren ace

                          500 titrated up to 1000mg mast p

                          100mg anavar daily

                          75mg winstrol daily

                          20mg superdrol daily (only last week)

                          100mg proviron

                          .5mg arimidex daily (only last two weeks. could have done without as my e2 was at 800 but could have been a false reading due to the tren)



                          40mg cardarine daily (only last two weeks)

                          20 titrated up to 40mg clenbuterol daily (only last two weeks)

                          4mg of nicotine pre-fasted cardio

                          20mg Adderall split into two doses daily

                          2iu GH pre-fasted cardio

                          1200mg Injectable L-carnitine (split pre-fasted cardio and pre-workout)

                          ***weight plummeted from 196lbs to 189lbs before carb up started. Weighed in on Friday at 193lbs. Went on stage at 196lbs.



                          Continued this all the way through Friday night where I ended the night with a double quarter pounder with cheese and a large fry from McDonalds. Show day morning and all through show day continued monitoring BG and consuming the rice, jam, honey and almond butter. Water went from 3 gallons on Wednesday, 2 gallons on Thursday and 1 gallon on Friday. Show day was 1 liter of water and black coffee. I never cut out artificial sweeteners, sodium or sauces the entire prep or peak.

                          Goals: Short term goal is to maximize anabolism during this post-show rebound through food and training (straight sets only) whilst maintaining a fair level of conditioning. Once weight AND progress in the gym stalls then make a hard push with training (inject intensity techniques, increase volume) food and pharmacology. Body parts that I believe need the most improvement are first my chest, back width, arms and calves (so basically everything). Once weight AND progress has stalled a second time I plan to move back to trt into a clean-up phase and repeat. Long term goal is to move up to the super heavy weight class and become competitive on the national level by the time I turn 35 years old. As of writing this document I am 30 years and two months old.
