      3 10 minute walks, 15 minutes stepmill

      2 Meals today, fasted until lunch, then dinner to give my gut a little break. Switching up supps and feeling good abput this gaining/recomp phase

            Weight 225.4, I had 2 meals plus a large sonic blast before bed and lost weight. Yesterday was more or less a chance to give my gut a break from pounding food. Most of my meals consist of 8oz. chicken and 1.5-2 cups jasmine rice or a shake with jasmine rice. Before bed is always 2 cups Fairlife Whole Milk. Breakfast is either 2 whole eggs 8 egg whites or cottage cheese and greek yogurt with a couple slices of low calorie sugar free bread.
