40, Dieted for a show that was supposed to be on May 2nd, got pushed back to May 23rd, and don't anticipate it happening so transitioning from dieting to reverse dieting to put on some solid size. Currently 200lbs., 5'9" 8-9% Body Fat. i have access to a semi-commercial gym thanks to the owner giving me a key to the back door.

    4/7/20
    1 Arm Lat Row(Mechanical Drop Set) 80x10/8

    Superset
    DB Pullover 70x12,19
    Proper Lat Pulldown 130x10,10

TBar Row (Medium Grip) 125+Bar x12,10

    Superset
Low to High Cable Row to Chest #24 x15,12
    DB Shrug 80's x15,15

    Macros 205g Pro, 182g Carbs 58g Fat 2042 Calories

I am working with someone but out of respect for Skip I'll keep that to myself, yes calories are low but I'm slowly coming back out of dieting and we want to keep me Lean-Gaining since I have a tendency to be a fatty.

Sucks to hear about the show being moved but at least you have access to a gym to continue training.
    5'9 200 @ 8% is damn impressive!
My greatest opponent is myself. Every time I walk into the gym, I have to beat the person I was before!

Very similar situation to me. I was planning on competing on April 25th and then at JR. USA's in May. Both shows got cancelled or rescheduled for August/September. I then thought about doing JR. Nats in June but of course the same thing happened. I am still dieting and will reverse into the offseason once I am stage ready. It has been tough but I am glad now that I have a concrete goal set in place. Last few weeks have been an emotional and physical roller coaster.

Yeah I struggled with trying to hang on and see what I could do because I wanted to qualify for Masters Nationals but really lost my motivation to keep dieting without a concrete show to do. I just don't think you can count on anything other than uncertainty at this point see we made a plan to keep me lean and add some muscle so if something pops up and I do want to compete(not likely) it wouldn't take long to get back in shape. I ate like an asshole for a few days and had some drinks and enjoyed family time but now it's time to settle back down. We are lucky enough to both be essential employees in our professional fields so we are working, we live by the water that is primarily a tourist and fishing industry and I feel for those out of work.

                04/09/2020 Weight: 206.2 lbs

Walked outside at a brisk pace for 50 minutes/6224 Steps.

Legs are definitely sore, quads/glutes mostly. Today is Shoulders/Traps. Enjoying the shorter more intense workouts, having someone program for me takes the paralysis by analysis out of the equation for me plus I'm accountable to someone else and I spent my money to do it.

Also, found a show in November that is a National Qualifier literally down the road from me, leaves me 31 weeks and a couple days so plenty of time for lean massing and then dieting.
