I,m starting to do these -=and being that I only workout at home I,m looking for some advice on doing these--I saw the site on exercises for it and just found out you need to slightly bend your knees while doing them--didnt know that--any other tips??thanks-

I like to go real slow when doing these. Also, at the top of the exercise I (dont laugh at me) I squeeze my ass cheeks together for a count and then slowly stretch again. 'Bout all I got..

tugs - yes keep a slight bend in your knees and when lowering the bar do as slide & trulyhuge suggested go slow and squeeze your butt cheeks and the top.
try to keep your back flat on the way down. remember it's not all about weight with these.

Here ya go. First, rotate your hips dont round your back. If you cant rotate your hips i feel sorry for your girl. Shes missing out. Second, keep your feet together this will engage your hamstrings more so than if their apart. Third, roll your shoulder back and keep them at that position. This will help to ensure you keep you back flat when you are lowering yourself. Fourth, yes squeeze those cheeks. I know it sounds gay but look it works so shut up and do it. Fifth, stick you ass out like your mooning the hot girl behind you, this will also ensure that your back is not rounded as you lower yourself. Hey Tugs - When you do these...super-set them with reverse leg curls immediately after. You'll be happy you did!TRAIN...because it's in your blood, EAT...because you need to feed the machine...and REST to grow for the next day of INTENSITY!
