  • Help for sis....

    My sis would like some input. She is working out 3 days a week - cardio, free weights & machines. Watches calorie & fat intake but can not get rid of the last 10 lbs. She lost 45 lbs 2 yrs ago and need to firm up her mid-section.

    Any suggestions?

    I say tighten up on the cardio. Do more, train harder. And maybe bump up workoing out to 4 days.

    All I think would help.

      I'm tempted to say yohimbine HCL, but I haven't researched it as far as use by women is concerned.

      I would also say lower her carbs and increase cardio, maybe add one HIIT training session per week to the mix.

        Lets not head right for the pharmacy counter......

        First of all, let start by taking a look at her diet..... You didn't post it, so I will just say this, if it is always the same, then it needs to change..... The body will adapt.... Training, again you didn't post it, and again I say if it is always the same, then it needs to change.

        Please post her diet and workout routine and I can guarantee myself or someone else can make some changes to it that will get rid of the last 10 pounds....

        Also, it would be great to see what her BMR is.

          Sounds like she needs to lower her calories in, and increase her calories out with more cardio. I'd be interested in seeing her diet too.
