Damn straight man, add those suckers to your workout, I like to do them after heavy squats, since I need the energy to squat instead of doing stiffies.
Had to re-read your first question, I do not do Stiff Deads, I do Rack Deads and Deads with my knees bent a little, I do not do those on my Squat day, no sir, I use them on my back day...
