  • Cardio workouts...

    What's your favorite way to cut the fat off ?... I personaly HATE cardio, it's my least favored part of workouts... I only workout at home and I either do some sort of aerobics for about 20-30 mins a day or use my Gazelle... Yes thats right, i have one of those gay things you see on tv...

                go to your local high school and run stadiums!! your quads will hate you for it.....lol

                HIIT training in the form of sprints is a good way to go as well.

                      Call me a monkeys uncle... But what exactly is "ECA" ?... I'm kinda new to these things :o... And I dunno about everyone else but I usually do cardio at like 6-9pm

                        Yes, I do use an ECA off and on...My cardio, when I do it is at 3:45 am..

                              Jasper,

                              Someone already told you what the ECA stack was, but this could also be sometype of thermogenic. Like ripped fuel, hydroxcut, xenadrine, etc. Whatever one you like.

                              Also, I asked about the time of day you do cardio because your body should be ready to burn the most fat when you wake up from sleeping in the morning. Just hop out of bed take some ECA, drink a bunch of water and hit the cardio.
