    And once more to follow the other 2 threads, what do you consider the most effective exercise for you to do? The exercise that your body responds to and you know you NEED to do it even if you don't like it.

    I would say squats, seems if I don't squat I feel like I lose overall thickness and strength.

                  Id have to go with squats as well. After a few years of blowing off leg day to now really trying to "make up" for that lost time, what an incredible difference, at least for me.
