    not thinking clearly right now.......
    Been on low carbs a few days, tomorrow I will carb up heavily, maybe even a cheat meal to try to fill out since I am extremely flat right now.
    Anyway, if I eat alot of carbs and take some slin but do NOT workout that day, will the slin still drive the crabs into the muscle cells like it would post workout or is the workout stimulus a necessary part of the equation? Slin on non-training days will the extra carbs go right to fat storage then?
    fuk, I'm doingpanckes in the morning.
