Actually, I believe it was Homon that helped him out.
I was told he was interested in talking with me about the last week or so of his prep for this show but after seeing his condition at the Ironman, I asked Homon to pass on to him that there was nothing I could do for him - he was dialed perfectly so there was no reason for him to change anything at all with his prep.
Now, if it were someone that struggles with dialing in, like say.... King, that would be a different story.

Wasn't me!!! Dave and I just shoot the bull now and then. He's got his own way of doing things, which comes from being an infomaniac like the rest of us. He just learns and learns and busts some major ass in the gym.
Last night, talkin' on the phone, I dubbed him the Giant Killer of the New Millennium. He's been looking harder this week than even before the Ironman.
Makes me happy as shit to see him doing so well.
