    900 lb Bench

    Check this out...a big dude named Gene Rychale jr , a SHW powerlifter, set a new world record on Nov 16th 2003 at the 2003 IPA nationals in Harrisburg PA. He weighed 367 at the meet.
    And he reverse gripped 900 pounds!!!!!!!

      From what I heard, that was his second attempt at it and obviously, he made it look pretty simple. Absolutely crazy!

                        Bah. Wonder what he could actually lift without the suit. May as well have a second bro doing the lift with him. Not saying it wasnt a GREAT lift, but im not a fan of the suits.
