  • Cottage Cheese???

Whats the best way to use this stuff? I picked up some of the fat free stuff at the store the other day. Looked like a great protein source. I remember someone saying something of a tuna and cottage cheese sandwich that sounded pretty good. How do you use it? Looking for low carb, high protein, moderate fat ideas.

LOL.....yes that is my special gourmet sandwich, tuna and cottage cheese sandwhich, they are GOOD!
I also like to pile it onto salads or just grab a spoon and eat it out of the container!

          rofl!!!!

I just picked up a container the other night at the store and usually just eat it out of the container. I needed something else to eat that had low carb and higher protein. I'm getting sick of egg whites.

This may seem strange, but I have been making egg-white omlets with cottage cheese as the filler lately. I just add the cottage cheese once the eggs are almost done and then wrap the cottage cheese up in them...it sort of reminds me of a cheese-filled blince (sp!?) and makes a great Sunday morning breakfast!
Eat it today, wear it tomorrow...

That sounds yummy but I'd be concerned with having any dairy when you're close to a show.

She's good, my man, but thanks - I hear ya. She was DRY, DRY, DRY last weekend. This whole week is planned out.

Except for the gallon of milk each day, there's not a smidgeon of dairy in her diet.

You buy this stuff from a store?? Damn. My grandmother makes mine from goat milk. It makes the store variety taste like plastic.
