My fiance has helped with maybe 2 shots over the last year..... I only ask her for glute shots when I run out of injection spots...... I can't reach my damn glutes for nothing..... and I cramp while I am doing the shot... it is real uncomfortable..... So after some persuasion she agreed, but I had to stick the pin in and pull it out.... she just holds it and plunges for me.....

No help..just on ny own..usally the wife is at work when I do them,.btw, I never have problems with hitting the glutes like some do. I guess its kinda like the gumby syndrome..very bendable
