  • Protein Source you can't live without...

I don't want to hear Chicken breast, tuna, or protein powder, etc. I don't want to hear the usuals.

Give us your little secret. Hell it may not be a secret, but don't post the norms.

Mine is Dennison's brand 99% fat free beef chili. Stuff has like 44 grams of protein per can. Don't be fooled by the 99% fat free turkey chili, it doesn't have close to as much protein.

And the stuff tastes good as hell.

There is this new turkey in a bag that is real good. Its with the tuna in most stores. And I really like The turkey burger and filet mignons when bulking

This is actually a pretty good thread jaywooly...Im getting bored with the usual stuff as I dont eat anything out of the ordinary. Might have to pick up some of that chili. Is it from a specialty place or will any local market have it?

For me it's the turkey burgers. When I'm just about and the end of my rope with eating chicken, I'll cook up a couple of turkey burgers and throw on some A1 steak sauce and I'm in heaven.

I just get mine from Safeway. I don't know where you are located but I think Safeway is a west coast thing. I think i've bought it from Albertson's too. Keep your eyes peeled.

Yeah, jerky is awesome. Love the stuff!

I make a brine that contains NO SUGAR. The stuff ROCKS!!!!!
