    I don't train on Wed. So I don't get my PW meal with 60 grams of carbs. Anyway All I get today is 15 grams at 7am. I was supposed to run in the AM but pussed out and pushed it to sat. To make up I took a walk up the golf course. Near jog pace but still walking. After about 5 minutes the ground was swimming in front of me. I made it an hour but damn if I am not grabbing onto my fridge to steady myself and looking for the nearest chair.

    Shit rugby...15 g of carbs all day!! Now that's a low carb day!!

    I've gone as low as 50 g a day, and that usually made my next day of training pretty difficult. No strength and moody as hell.

      I know the feeling. I started low carb Monday and have been very low everyday so far, more than 15 though, not much, but still more. I was trying to get into ketosis and drop a few pounds my first week. I believe I have, but won't know until I get back to my gym and weigh myself using the same scale.

        I feel fine when I am not exercising. I can go no carb with little to no ill effects just when I start running I get screwed up.
