  • German Volume Training

I know some people here have used it, and my questions to them is Do you use the same exercises as they recomment on this site... http://www.charlespoliquin.net/artic...-training.html

I have a friend who did this stuff for his legs. Lets just say after a summer of putting 20lbs on he was still able to be the fastest O or DLineman. He never ran, his squat was well over 500. He said it gave him a nice burst.

Get ready to feel like dying if you're going to go the GVT way. It's extremely brutal. Poliquin is no shrinking violet when it comes to making athletes cringe.
