  • How long do you plan to diet for next season?

I know this is a shitty time to ask this question, when most of us are in the middle of our off season , enjoying life and just bulking up nicely tttt.I speak for myself, as I have let rip for the first time in several years and my weight has gone from the low 200's Jun/Jul this year, to 294lbs.I am looking like the Michelin man, but damn it feels good to be moving some serious iron again.

Anyhoo, figure I will need to hit the chicken, broccoli and the natty PB starting January to end up around 218lbs dry in July...and I swore I could not do this again !

16 weeks - my mind wouldn't allow me to go longer than that.
Whatever your mind can conceive and believe, you can achieve!!!

As long as it takes I guess. Just depends what condition you are in before you start. For me, I'm looking at 20+ weeks.
