    A trainer knows he is in trouble when the new traines says:

    How about adding a couple excercises for upper inner chest?

    Are you sure that is enough work?

    Well my buddy says..........

    That sure is a lot of protein, are you sure I need that much?

    I heard diet wasn't that important.

    I usually workout 7 days a week for 2 hours a day. Can I do more?

    I don't squat or deadlift, they will ruin my proportions.

    I heard anything more than 1 vitamin a day is just wasted.

    Thats not what I read in "Flex"..........

      Do I have to eat like this all the time.

      I really need to lose 10 lbs to see my abs but I want to gain 50 lbs for bigger arms and shoulders.

      I am 16, when can I do super supps.

      I have been training hardcore for 3 years now, I am ready for this program.

      Can I just do this one exercise over and over, I know I will grow from it my buddy does.

      Everyone told me the Smythe is very very bad for you.

      I had four sodas today does that count as water.

      I have to eat carbs before bed, everyone else does and they lose weight.

      I really want to get big but not to strong.

      I want to look good in my new shirt.

      And my favorite is: "I have been eating like a horse for three days now and I weigh the same"...

                I got this one the other day on the questionnaire:

                "I only need to eat 30 grams of protein per meal cause I know what my body assimulates when it comes to eating"

                He is 21 and 164 lbs and he will stay there cause I told him to go find another trainer...

                          "i got a friend who works out-he's about your size but a little bigger than you."

                          we heard this at my gym directed towards me and my co worker. i am 5'11" at 255 and fairly lean and my co worker is a pro strongman 6'3" at 340. can u believe these people. everyone knows someone "who is about your size". we just laugh at em. who the hell is 340 and not a fat ass.?!!

                              I can't afford protein and still be able to go out drinking all weekend!

                              I don't want to build muscle, I just want to get TONED!!!!!!!!! arrrrgggghhhhh!!!!!!

                              The ladies say, "Oh I don't want big huge muscles like those bodybuilder girls."
                              I ask, "are you willing to eat 3500 calories per day, lift heavy 3-4 days per week, eventually use chemical help, and do this week in week out for the next 8-10 years"?
