Real estate....

Well, what i want to do soon enough is hopefully get into real estate investing and hopefully broker in the future. Ill be 18 in a couple months (dec 29), so what im going to do then is get credit, and start building up from their. Yesterday i just went to the bank to open a checking accnt, just to estabalish a relationship with the bank for future financial credit. And im also reading a couple books more about/on real estate to help me out, cause there is soo much info on it. Anyways, what i want to know from someone who is experience or knows about real estate, is to give me some tips on what else i can do that can help me with my future. Should i go for my real estate license asap, or wait? What im saying might be confusing, but i would reallllllly appreciate some helpful advice from some of you that are experienced that can help me out. I just want to know of anything out there that can help me learn more about, etc...

JnJ...Kudos to you at such a young age to have a game plan like that! Yes, by all means start your R.E. school. You can get your license by taking the school on line..Then by the time you ate 18, you can get your license...You cannot go wrong in Real Estate. In fact my 13 yo son is very intersted in what I am doing with R.E. and may become my partner when he turns 18..
I would recommend a book to you called the Millionaire Real Estate Agent, by Gary Keller....It will change your life! The business models you will read about are very do-able, if you just do them...

I went through a school called Allied Real Estate Schools...Their website is www.realestatelicense.com
