For my first cycle i plan on running Deca for 8 weeks..but I want to stack it with whinny..but since i'm poor...i can't afford it all...so i might split the whinny with a friend...and get 4 weeks worth...but i need to know how many mg comes in an 8 week cycle of whinny? Beginner question...sorry..and i did do my research, but I can't find that answer.

Bro, 4 weeks of winny and deca really isnt the best to start off with.
If you want to do winny do it with Test prop. 50mg winny/ 100mg test prop M-W-F for 10-12 weeks. OR 50mg winny / 75mg tren ace M-W-F
you should be able to stay lean on these cycle. My personal suggestion is 500mgTest Cyp / 25mg Dbol/day and maybe 300mg deca, but not necessary. If you dont grow and get stronger on your first cycle of this.....HMMM.
Keep that protien high too... good luck

deca + whinny is safer and i hear gains are easier to keep...all opinions would be appreciated.
And hair loss might be an issue with test...i like my hair and wanna keep it..but genetics tell me i might get screwed with test..

Propionate is a good one.....Fast acting,won't bloat you up like some of the others.Like SM said, you do have to do several shots per week (MWF) but for the look you're going for I think propionate and winny would be a nice combo....Not gonna get you too jacked up looking just some good lean quality gains....IMOMassive G

My advice is DON'T cycle! and don't DC train!
You have written here and in the DC training forum your goal is to harden up...and if you get some muscle.. oh well...
AAS and DC training aren't for you both are advanced tools for someone to gain mass as in muscle with minimal fat.
You are taking a shot in the dark here...
My advice may sound harsh but it's reality and everyone here is trying to help.
Winny and or deca will shut you down hard and give you the test levels of a castrated rat when you come off-plus you may experience porgesterone induced gyno and side effects-fat gain.
You are young and have no PCT plans at all and I'd hate to see a young man lose his wood off a cycle and ruin his chances with the ladies.
Once you start this you prolly will never stop.
Good advice from those above but I say don't juice and don't do DC-it's not what you are looking for.
I get PM's and see posts all the time from guys that write they are only gonna do 1-3 cycles a year and gain 15-25 lbs of muscle each time.
NOT!-like Sweat Machine said-it ain't that easy.
How many huge guys do you see at school? I'd bet my ass 50% or more of the peeps in that weight room are juicing it up and you prolly could never tell but their livers kidneys and testes will be able too. :Punch:

I'm sorry...but who ever said i had to PCT plans?? And I do want to gain muscle..but that's not my #1 priority..it's to harden up. I have no problem with gaining muscle..that's why i'm doing the DC...and please don't make the assumption that I'm a beginner because I take fitness extremely serious in my life. I'm very well educated in the fitness area and have been a personal trainer for 3 years (even though that doesn't mean anything).
The DC program seems great because it's a change and will help me break my plateus...but I do want to cycle once, and see where it takes me..that's all.
I'm also changing Deca to EQ...i heard better feedback from others on this.Comment

Trust me you are a beginner there are 10,000 kids like you right now in the weight rooms of America.
Do what you must and will EQ is just as bad as DECA only you won't get so bloated.
I don't know why people come on and ask advice when they have already made their mind up they are going to do it and want your blessing and then argue with you till their fingertips are red-but forget they were asking for advice in the first place.
