Different bodybuilding federations.

Got a question for everyone.

Competing is at least 1-2 years away for me and TLM (1-2 years of nothing but growing first) and in the mean time, we're trying to learn what we can about the different bodybuilding federations/associations out there.

I've looked on the internet quite a bit but I wanted to get IM members opinions.

Anybody have info/opinions/impressions of the other federations besides NPC/IFBB?

NABBA?
ABA?

Natural federations/competitions?

If you are natural, go for a natural fed, but make sure they have shows IN YOUR AREA first.
A lot of the natural feds are geographically limited
NPC shows are easy because they are all over the place
I'm shooting for May.

I don’t know about other areas, but in south Florida the NPC is so political its not even funny. I'm sure pudge will agree with me. That makes Pudge's win at the Mr. Miami that more impressive, because he's not affiliated with any of the big gym's or promoters. Pudge, don’t think you have a chance against me at next years SS because I plan on adding an old ass to my diet, Peter Potters. LOL. Its not about dieting and training its all about kissing the right ass. HeHe

lol... yea man i totally agree with u papa, politics plays a big role here..thats why u gotta double whatever the other guys are doing...there is no way in the world i will come into a show outta shape..and knowing how these miami boys get, damn i got no choice but to come in nasty..

and about SS, apretate los pantalones, cause whats coming is worst than frances and ivan...lol, PP is a cool dude...but do urself a favor my friend..dont get to mixed up with PP or Prince, cause when u win u wont know if u really won..u get me? im telling u that as a friend...thats what my family told me and thats what im telling u.. again, SS, forget that for now..u got sunshine to do and im spending my 25 bucks to see ur ass so u better be on...

you're right on about petter potter. i've seen politics play a big role in his judging, especially figure because its so subjective.

i compete in ANBC, Bob Gormley runs it, good man, very fair, yes even when i lose a close one like the RI this year, am still not over it yet, i see it evrytime i force out a last rep, aaahhrrhrhgrgrgrgrgg, oops off track, i do Musclemanie and INBF too although i have heard bad stuff i think i have placed fairly in these as well, The Musclemania Atlantic is an awsome stage setting for photos, plus we get to be on ESPN2, at least those of us who get trophies, lol--- any way i can help just PM me---Travis
