Things always slow down just a bit at this time of the year so I have more time to post some things to the main board. If the interest is there, I am considering posting, in incredible detail, my last week of prep for my show this past June. I am talking EVERYTHING - gear, exotics, nutrition, water control, sodium - EVERYTHING.
