about 5 seconds to load here. Sometimes it's longer. I have cable so, I'm not used to waiting....but, since it's IM, I can be patient.

I don't know how fast it was before, but I visit a LOT of different boards daily and it a little slower than most sometimes. And I'm on a 1.5 DSL connection

I have ADSL and it takes 5-10 sec. to load intensemuscle.com. But when I open a post it loads pretty fast.each day is an opportunity to move you closer to your goals.
